Scott and the team got me in and out very fast Thanks to everyone

Fixed my truck while I was back home on vacation. Was stranded really. Bill himself made sure my truck got fixed even though they had a fully booked schedule.

From the first interaction with Mark Ganek as I pulled into the Andover lot to leaving 48hrs later with a 2026 Chevy Tahoe RST in the Cypress Gray color was nothing but world class service! There was no B.S. and constant communication over the 48hrs to ensure nothing but a smooth transaction with my trade in, financials with Will, transfer of plates, and inspection completed all with 2 business days! Who knew buying a new car in person could be this easy!?!?!? Thank you Mark and thank you DeLuca for providing great service. I will be back for all of my maintenance and my next purchase of a GM vehicle!

Came in for inspection sticker, done right away

I was driving from out of state passing through Massachusetts. It was 95° out. My car broke down. It was in limp mode. I was able to get it into the dealers parking lot. It was 530 at night. I didn’t know where I was. They all came out all the employees I don’t even remember their names and helped me and said don’t worry about it took my car had it fixed they worked with GMC because it was some kind of recall. They were amazing from start to finish the Customerservice the follow up the kindness. I couldn’t say enough they were great.

Couldn't be happier, my car was inside the shop at the appointment time and finished up in just under the advertised time, everybody encountered was very pleasant, I hope I don't need to frequent the shop but I know I found a shop I can trust.

you need to stock the right size lids for the to go coffee cups you offer at the canteen area. please fix the light fixture hanging down over the copy/printer area. remind technicians to put the seat belts and the seat adjustments back how they found them say hi to Dave Brown, Thank You Mark
